M P Sharma the most accomplished Ad-man
During June 1992, the largest circulated Telugu Weekly had covered a full page on him as the man who is heard everyday in the multimedia.
During September 1992, he was felicitated at the 8th Film Awards function as a Man Of Profound Voice for his contribution to the media of Advertising.
During August 1993, Bombay Telugu Samskrutika Sangam had felicitated him as a Telugu Personality to be reckoned with for the services rendered to Telugu language and the Telugu Community.
During September 1993, the then Central Minister for Tourism and Civil Aviation, Smt. Sukhbans Kaur and the State Minister for Tourism, Smt.Geeta Reddy had felicitated him for rendering commentary for the Sonnet Lumiere (the Sound and Light) Show inaugurated at the Golconda Fort, Hyderabad. Incidentally, Amitab Bachhan rendered English and Hindi commentaries for the same show that is on since then. He had rendered his voice for Chandragiri fort light and sound programme near Tirupati.
He had received a number of Excellency awards from the Radio and TV Advertising Practitioners of India for the qualitative productions in Multimedia for radio and TV.
During 1994 and 1995, he had received Excellency awards consecutively for his Radio serials on the agro products of the multinational companies, namely, Sandoz and Hoechst India Limited.
